We have developed a technology and equipment for production of flexible mine ventilation pipes with welded seams (600, 800 and 1000 millimetres in diameter) from special leather substitute. There is no analogue of our equipment in Newly Independent States. Flexible mine ventilation pipes with welded seams are intended for air delivery under pressure up to 10 000 Pa in underground mine workings, including dangerous on methane, powdered coal and sulphide dust, in which air temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, relative humidity up to 100 %. At the moment we use 'Quality 1805' material which is made by FENNER (England), but we can also use Russian and Ukrainian special leatherette.
