INSTRUCTIONS

Before you send any information, we recommend that you first compose your own Page like they appear on already existing pages. To submit your information, copy the submission form into the e-mail message body and fill it out according to the instructions given below:

• Organization: A concise (actual) name of the organization.
• Subtitle: The full name of the organization (or concise information of a similar type).
• Contact Information: Address or addresses: for example, a mailing and/or permanent, or the address of your branch. The maximum number of addresses of one page is three; don't forget to include your zip code. Telephone and fax, include the area code. E-mail address and web site URL, one of each type. If necessary, you may give more detailed information or other types of contact information in the rubric "Description".
• Description: We recommend to formulate your description as one paragraph of plain text. Please do not exceed more than 1000 characters, which is equivalent to almost a half page of typed text. It's important to be as concise and informative about your organization as possible. Because of the importance of such information, please pay special attention to completing this field.
• Categories: Required field. As part of its classification system, the catalogue uses NAICS'97. Include the categories which best describe your organization's activity. The number of categories cannot be more than seven. You may only state the category of the lowest level, that is, those which begin with five digits. Each stated category must begin with its assigned number. It is sufficient to just state its numeric code. The appropriate subcategories can be chosen from the Categories Index.
• Country: The location describes your company's country of origin or company headquarters location. Specify by indicating the domain of your country. For Ukraine - state "UA".
• Year: Using four digits, the year your organization was founded.
• Employees: Indicate by word "Small" for up to 100 employees, "Medium" for 100-500, "Large" for 500+
